My passion for beauty began at a young age through makeup, but over time I realized that makeup is only as beautiful as the skin beneath it. That understanding inspired me to become a licensed esthetician and combine my love for skincare with my expertise in makeup artistry.

With more than 10 years of makeup experience and over 2 years in the skincare industry, I specialize in luxury intentional makeup for brides who want to look and feel like the best version of themselves on their wedding day. I believe makeup should enhance your natural features rather than cover them, creating a look that feels comfortable and never heavy.

Based in Columbus, Ohio, and available for travel, I provide personalized on-location bridal beauty services tailored to each bride’s unique vision. Whether you prefer a natural look, soft glam, full glam, or airbrush makeup, my goal is to create a customized experience that leaves you feeling confident, beautiful, and authentically you from the moment you walk down the aisle.

  • Wedding Party & Attendants

    $100/per person

    Customized makeup for bridesmaids, mothers, grandmothers, and attendants to complement the bride’s vision and create a cohesive look.

    Each service includes skin prep, customized makeup application and optional lashes & body glow.

  • Additional Fees & Services

    • Airbrush Application: Available to bride & wedding party/attendees at no extra charge. Please let Shy know at delivery of services if you prefer this option.

    • Ohio Sales Tax: In accordance with Ohio Revised Code § 5739.01, makeup services are subject to applicable state and local sales tax. 7% sales tax will be automatically be applied to your invoice.

    • Travel: Complimentary travel is provided for locations up to 30 miles (one way) within Columbus.

      A travel fee of $2.00 per mile (one way) will be applied for any distance exceeding the included mileage.

    • Early Start (before 6AM): $100 will apply to services beginning before 6:00 AM

      If the timeline requires early start times, overnight hotel/Airbnb accommodations may also be required and charged as a separate cost from services & travel.

    • Priority Booking: A $100 priority booking fee will apply to all last-minute reservations on top of the non-refundable retainer. This fee allows for last-minute scheduling, personalized planning, and the extra coordination needed to ensure your experience remains seamless and stress-free, even on a shorter timeline.

    • Out of State/Destination: Custom quotes are provided upon request based on location and travel requirements.

    • Touch Ups: Touch-ups after completion of services are available upon request and start at $150/per hour.

My Process

To ensure a personalized and exclusive bridal experience, only one wedding is scheduled per day.

  • Once you submit your inquiry, and if your date is available, I’ll send a personalized proposal with your custom quote, an overview of the booking process/details & an example timeline.

  • After accepting your quote, Shy will send final steps to make it official. Your date is reserved exclusively for you once she receives your signed contract and non-refundable retainer.

    For wedding party only bookings, $100 booking reservation + travel fee will act as the non-refundable retainer and will not go towards services.

    Both must be submitted within 72 hours, otherwise your date may become available to another bride/event.

  • Bridal trials are optional but highly recommended to ensure a smooth and stress-free wedding morning. Sessions are typically booked 2–3 months in advance. At the time of booking, you’ll receive a link to schedule your trial at your convenience.

    Trials are only available for brides who have a signed contract.

  • Shy will arrive 15–30 minutes prior to your scheduled start time, fully prepared with her professional kit, chair, and lighting. Her goal is to provide a calm, stress-free experience, so you can relax, feel comfortable to celebrate an unforgettable day!

FAQ

  • Bridal trials are available exclusively after your non-refundable retainer is secured and your contract is signed, ensuring your wedding date is fully reserved.

  • Bridal hair services are not provided & you would be responsible for finding a separate hair artist. Shy is happy to recommend a trusted, detail-oriented stylist for your wedding day, just let her know when inquiring!

  • A confirmed final service count is required 30 days prior to the wedding date to ensure accurate invoicing. Any adjustments made within 30 days of the event may be subject to revised pricing.

  • As a licensed esthetician, I offer additional esthetic services including facials, brow waxing, dermaplaning, spray tanning and lash lifts to support your bridal skin prep. These services are designed to be scheduled in the weeks leading up to your wedding day.

  • In the event when services no longer be needed, your retainer remains non-refundable. Cancellations made within 30 days of the wedding date will also result in forfeiture of the second payment.

    This policy is in place to protect reserved time and commitments.

  • Yes!! Complimentary travel is provided for locations up to 30 miles (one way) within Columbus when bride is included.

    • A travel fee of $2.00 per mile will be applied for any distance exceeding the included mileage or for wedding party only reservations.

  • I accommodate up to 5 makeup services, but depending on the timeline, I may be able to accommodate additional services. A sample timeline will be provided at the time of inquiry.

    I work strictly as a solo artist and do not bring, hire, or manage assistant artists. If your bridal party exceeds my service limit, any additional guests will need to independently secure an outside makeup artist.

  • All payments, including the retainer and final balance, must be submitted as a single transaction through the invoice by the specified due date. Individual or split payments are not accepted. This helps maintain a seamless, relaxed wedding morning focused on your makeup experience rather than transactional approach. Thank you for understanding!

  • Yes. I offer airbrush makeup made available for bride and wedding party at no extra charge.

  • Yes! Weddings or consultations requested within 45 days of the wedding date are considered last-minute bookings.
